Lindsey Schultz Design
In wanting to keep with the tone of the rest of the home, these formally his and her offices were transformed into chic, timeless kids' bedrooms for the couple's newly adopted 8-year-old daughter and 13-year-old son.

A full renovation for this boy's bedroom included custom built-ins on both ends of the room as well as new furniture, lighting, rug, accessories, and a Roman shade. The built-ins provide storage space and elegantly display an extensive collection of sports memorabilia. The built-in desk is a perfect place for studying and homework. A new recliner adds the right amount of sophistication. The vestibule walls were covered in grasscloth and have a beautiful texture. Photo Credit: Gieves Anderson

This young man LOVES football, especially the Seahawks. He didn't want his room covered up in NFL bling, but desired a reflection of what he is interested in. He also desired an organized, yet, masculine, industrial, rustic feel, that reflects his teen lifestyle. USI incorporated a rugged, cage shelf, a rustic ledge and an industrial cylinder lamp, with a splash of color and some personalized NFL decor to finish the look.

We converted a workout room into a teenage boys bedroom using brick wallpaper (peel and stick) to cover the mirrored walls. Upholstered bed is Bernhardt, denim sofa and trunk are PB teen and nightstand is Restoration Hardware.

This teenage boy LOVES his dog, and requested a grouping (display) of his best friend. If you look closely you can even read the signage "all guest must be approved by the dog"..... This was his favorite piece of decor. USI's goal is not to only make beautiful spaces, but to make beautiful spaces that reflect each clients personality!
